The car was a private entry which received significant support from the BMC Competitions Department.
The car will be completed to a standard compatible with its Marathon Rally prepared finish.

The work is being overseen by one of the car’s original builders.

On completion it is planned that the car will be used at displays to further the interest in the MGCC
